Why are we the most successful business brokerage ever in the Triad area?
The answer is simple:
When Triad Business Brokerage was founded, it was founded on principles of fairness and trust – two words you don’t hear often in today’s business world. Zac Johnson the broker / president believe that most people are good, and will behave accordingly.
So, our fee is only 8% of the sales price. This is lower than any other brokerage firm that we are aware of. We sell a lot of businesses, so 8% is plenty, thank you. We deem this fair.
No Long Term Contracts (with the seller, to whom we owe our fiduciary responsibility) We will list for whatever time our client wants us to – be it three months or a year. We deem this fair.
We have no up-front or “signing” fee. We are due nothing – nothing, until we sit with our clients at the closing table. We get paid when they get paid, and not a minute before. We deem this fair.
We have no minimum fee. Some local brokerages have minimum fees of $10,000 and above. Not us. If we assist you in selling your business for $10,000, then you pay us $800 at closing. Not a penny more. We deem this fair.
And last, but not least, we work hard for our clients. We work everyday. We work many nights and weekends. We have many, many clients – both former and present – that will gladly and quickly attest to our hard work, abilities, and honesty.
